The dining area, from where you can enjoy the view while indulging in a delicious meal, seats up to 4 guests. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV is available here with a DStv subscription and free WiFi ensuring you can enjoy a favourite show, movie or sport and just relax with the comfortable furnishings.

There is a double bed and two single beds. One of the single beds sits in the corner while the second one slides out from beneath. An open-plan bathroom is available, separated from the main living area with a small wall, with two hand basins and a shower. Parking is available in front of the property and you can relax due to the area having a reputation for its safety and quiet.

The coastline of Bloubergsands is only a few minutes drive from the studio or if you would prefer to walk, it is around 20-minute stroll away. The closest restaurant is Blue Peter, which 5km away. West Coast Village with restaurant is 1km away with Woolworths and Pick n Pay . Big Bay is known for its kitesurfing and surfing competitions. You can additionally enjoy a scenic drive to the Cape Town City Centre. Alternatively, a MyCiTi bus stop is a short walk from the property, giving you a stress-free mode of travel to the other areas of Cape Town in which MyCiTi operates. Furthermore, the greater area of Bloubergstrand is popular as the gateway to the West Coast, which boasts an amazing national park, with an unspoilt beach, and a large number of lovely towns.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged
